The shows are usually mixed bills hosted by a compere and run from 8.00-10.15pm with one interval. Doors open at 7.30pm. The venue is well equipped for sound and light and comfortably holds 86 people. There is a bar open throughout the show selling a limited range of drinks at reasonable prices. Shows are designed for adults (over 18s only) and are not for the easily offended (although nothing that you couldn’t see on TV before 11pm). Is there food available? Afraid not during the show. We have found that laughing with your mouth full is not particularly attractive or safe. However, the three pubs in the village are all within 3 minutes walk and are offering pre-theatre meal deals. Comedy is very difficult to perform to tiny audiences so we do have a minimum number of customers in order to go ahead. In these instances you will be informed by email/text by the ticketing company as soon as any show is pulled and we ALWAYS immediately update the website and Twitter/Facebook Pages of any pertinent changes. You will always be refunded (or offered the chance to transfer your ticket to a different event).
